we had popcorn for dinner last night

That's how things have been going around here lately. I know there are people who are much busier than we are, so I'll try not to complain. BUT, I would love to have a week where we didn't have literally rush from one thing to the next. So popcorn was the meal of choice last night. But if I'm being honest, it wasn't the first time. And I'm pretty sure it won't be the last.
